These terms govern your use of savdhaan.in, the Savdhaan AI WhatsApp Bot, and the Savdhaan AI API.

Savdhaan AI is an informational tool, not a substitute for professional legal, financial, or cybersecurity advice. Risk assessments are AI-generated estimates and may not be 100% accurate. Always use your own judgement.
About the Service
Savdhaan AI is an AI-powered scam detection platform. Submit suspicious messages, screenshots, or URLs and our system analyses them using artificial intelligence and threat intelligence databases to provide a risk assessment.
Eligibility
Account Registration
- Register via email/password or Google Sign-In
- You are responsible for keeping credentials secure
- Provide accurate information and keep it updated
- We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms
Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
Abuse the Service
No harassment, spam, or generating scam content
Reverse engineer
Don't extract our AI models or prompts
Automated scraping
No bots or scrapers beyond provided API
Bypass rate limits
Don't circumvent limits or abuse free tier
Submit illegal content
No CSAM, terrorist, or illegal material
Impersonate
Don't misrepresent your identity

Requires registration + API key
Rules
- API keys are personal — don't share
- We may revoke access for misuse
- Premium tiers: separate agreements
Intellectual Property
Our IP
Name, logo, website design, and AI models are our intellectual property.
Sharing encouraged
Scan results and scam cards may be freely shared for education and awareness.
Your content
You retain ownership. You grant us a limited, temporary licence to process it for scam analysis only.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law:
- Service provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties
- Risk assessments are not guaranteed accurate — a "low risk" score does not mean safe
- Not liable for financial loss, data loss, or damages from reliance on the Service
- Total liability capped at amount paid in the preceding 12 months (INR 0 for free users)
You agree to indemnify Savdhaan AI from claims arising from your use, violations of these Terms, or violations of third-party rights.
Termination
By You
Stop using the Service anytime. Delete account by emailing support@savdhaan.in.
By Us
We may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations. Data deleted per Privacy Policy.
Changes & Updates
Material changes will be notified via email or prominent website notice at least 15 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
